Ask Trainers: Do you have suggestions for a good hip stretch?

I am guessing you are asking about the front of the hip.
1.) foam roll. You could lay face down on the foam roll with the foam roll at your hip and shift your weight around until you find a tender area then stay there for 30 seconds or so.
2.) Standing – one foot slightly back the other slightly forward. Put your hands on your hips and imagine your hips are a bucket. Tip your bucket backwards and press the hip on the back leg side forward slightly. keep your back heel on the floor. You will hopefully feel the stretch on the front of the hip/thigh.
again, tough to explain in words but hopefully one of those will help.
